Briefly
Volna, a software and computing complex owned by Rosatom State Corporation, was approached in early 2020 to rebrand the company.

1. Process
We wanted to create a recognizable, associative, and understandable image, so we began by considering the complex's field of operation. Given the technological advances of the "Wave" complex, we decided to use generative imagery that combines an innovative approach to design, flexibility, and beauty. Therefore, using 3D technology, we began selecting gas clouds, and then light gas waves, to further align the name with the element.
The complexity of the identity elements is offset by the simplicity, calm, and minimalism of the font logo. It was decided to add a slanted character to imbue the logo with dynamism and aspiration. Now the word matches its meaning.
2. Result
As a result, a guideline was developed that includes basic rules for using the identity, which will help increase brand recognition and customer loyalty.
In addition to monochrome corporate colors, it is permissible to use a gradient selected from a fragment of the corporate element - a wave.
The advantage of the wave brand element lies in its generative variability. The ability to apply the brand element in various modifications (size and position) demonstrates a vibrant and evolving brand image.
